The LG LX350 phone

This phone certainly did surprise our staff when it was first announced.  It is Bluetooth capable.  Bluetooth - which is the name for short range wireless mostly for wireless headset use - is likely the most sought after customer feature.  However, when Bluetooth headsets began, the phones that were Bluetooth ready were quite pricey.

This phone breaks that belief - that Bluetooth has to be pricey.  In a medium priced phone, this LG LX350 is not only Bluetooth ready, but also has a 1.3 Megapixel camera - the better camera for cellular phones.

So what does this phone not have at this low price?  It does not do MP3s for playback.  It also has 1XRTT data capability rather than the faster EVDO data systems.  So if you need to use this phone for data from your laptop, it will be 2 to 3 times faster than dialup (says 1XRTT specialists).   However, EVDO data for Sprint phones that have it in populated areas that have that service have faster data rates that even rival DSL speeds.

But .... overall - a wonderful value at a reasonable price.  It is more than worth a look.
