Each phone service company tends to emphasize something different – low prices, or power, or different features. Many phone stores and services offer only one product type. That is not so different than a shoe store that tries to make a size 5 loafer work for everyone.

At About Wireless – we are different. We carry multiple product types on multiple systems. “We are plural”. Moreover, we are independent – meaning that our goal is to please you and find the right product and service for you – and not try to make something fit whether it does or not.

We are authorized dealers for Sprint, Nextel, and now the new line of Hybrid phones that do both. Hybrid phones work on the large Sprint system for normal phone calls and then switch to Nextel two way service as soon as you press the push to talk button.

A business might even decide that not one system type will even work for all of their own functions. Perhaps the needs of the office people are different than those of distribution, manufacturing or shipping. That can happen.
