Cellular, Your Way

Many of us do not like "to be sold".  However, many of us are looking for someone who is willing to listen to what it is we need and then helps provide guidance and help specifically for us. 

That is our goal at About Wireless.  To provide the product and service that you want.  To be sure, if you know what exactly what you want in the first place and ask for it, your are the customer and we will be glad to help provide exact items that you want.

If on the other hand you find the array of cellular products and service confusing, it is sometimes just best to start with the application that you want, and then for us to help suggest which product or service might work well for what you are trying to do.  It is our goal to be so knowledgeable about the industry - and have such great helpful contracts working with us from Sprint and Nextel or both - that we can make great suggestions for you.

We agree - the myriad of cellular products and services available can be confusing - particularly if one does not spend all of their time studying it.  For one thing, we do need to say that there is much "overlap" within products and services.  Simply speaking, many of them are trying to do the same thing - only some of course are a better value at doing the job at hand.  For that reason, About Wireless does not carry all brands.  We carry the brands that we have tried and found to be the best for the applications that we have tried.  We try to make it a point to try out all products that we have, in order to be able to provide helpful suggestions about which are a better value.

It is our goal to help provide the product and service that is right for you.
