FINDING IT - look in menu under internet, and then select yahoo mail or hotmail

MODE entry - you may need to change modes for easy character entry.  (see text messaging).  Alpha is likely best for passwords.  Use the menu button or an "abc" key to change modes if you need it.

NAME and PASSWORD - ensure you are in the password box for each, one at a time.  You may need to select enter or edit there.  When done, use the down arrow to go to next stage.

SIGN IN - if still in the password box, you might need to press the down arrow in order to select sign in and then press "ok"
