This section contains just the common issues that we have seen in using cell phones.  It is included as a help to our customers.  We will add to this topic as we find more items that may also be simple to fix and take care of.

Nextel Phone Speaker Does not Work

This might be an easy problem to have.  Nextel speakers on some cell phones have a button at the top of the cell phone that can turn the cell phone speaker on and off.  It can be easy to accidentally press that button.  Look for a speaker icon on your cell phone.  If it has a slash through it, the speaker is turned off.  Press the button on the top to turn in on again.

Data Systems as Described do not work on my Nextel Phone as Indicated

One of the main issues here simply might be that that Data service is not included in your current service package.  Data services are a separate service from voice service for Nextel phones - in order to ensure that customers can order just those services that they need and want.  If you are not sure that your service includes the data system you are looking for, and you are an About Wireless new activation, contact us and we will try and help understand your current data service plan and also review your needs with you.
